The factory is one of Israel's largest polluters, though it has installed equipment to cut back on pollutants in recents years. According to a report by the UN, CO2 emissions have gone up for the first time in four years. The report comes just days ahead of the COP24 United Nations Climate Change Conference taking place in Poland from 02 to 14 December. The COP24 (Conference of the Parties) summit currently taking place in Katowice, Poland is the highest body of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCC). Expected at the meeting are close to 30,000 delegates from all over the world, including government leaders and ministers responsible for environmental policy.  EPA/JIM HOLLANDER
