Managing Partner, RSM Greece & Chairwoman, RSM Europe

Elena Stylianou is the Managing Partner of RSM Greece’s Advisory and Outsourcing Arm. She also heads People Advisory Services, namely the HR Consulting & Executive Search Department as well as the Payroll Services Department and the Labour Law Team.

Elena joined RSM in 2009. She previously worked in Executive Search and Selection at Ridgeway Partners in London and at Rowlands International in Luxembourg on C-level and Board appointments. However, her work experience spans across several other geographic locations including Singapore, India, the Middle East and the greater Benelux area.

She is the selected Chairwoman of the RSM European Leadership Team and is fully engaged with RSM’s regional and global strategic initiatives. Also, Elena is a Governor, Trustee and Non-Executive Director of St Catherines British School since June 2023.

Elena has experience in working with businesses across all sectors, including food and beverage, pharmaceutical, aviation, shipping, banking, services and production industries amongst others. She has led numerous projects in Executive Search & Selection and Human Capital Advisory Services in collaboration with national and multinational corporations, in Greece and abroad.

Moreover, Elena has set up and has headed the Payroll Services Department since 2016, bringing it to a leading position in the Greek Market and has played a significant role in the firm’s development throughout the last decade. She became Managing Partner in 2020 alongside Vasilis Petinis who is the Managing Partner of RSM’s Audit Arm.

Elena has a BSc in Psychology (University of Surrey) and an MSc in Organisational Psychology (City University, London) and she is also a qualified Psychometric Test Administrator (British Psychological Society). Moreover, she is in the processes of completing the Institute of Directors Chartership Programme.

Elena is a founding member of the Boardroom Greece and a member of EENE, CEO Clubs Greece, the British Hellenic Chamber and actively supports the Regeneration programme, amongst other Non for Profit organisations that the firm supports as a whole.
