Γρηγόρης Κουτσογιάννης

Grigoris is a highly experienced professional with over 20 years of experience in the Defense and Security Sector. He has spent many years in Engineering, Project Management, and International Business Development, working in multinational corporations. He is well experienced in operational requirements and large acquisitions across different Regions. He started his professional career as a Research Engineer at Mitsubishi Electric in Radars and Signal Processing and then joined Lockheed Martin. His knowledge and skills gave him the opportunity to evolve and undertake senior Business Development roles, in NATO, Europe, Middle East and Africa successfully leading capture and BD efforts. Before joining the EFA GROUP as CEO, he was holding the Regional Director position for Business Development for Middle East, North Africa, India, and Greece at L3Harris Integrated Mission Systems.

Grigoris graduated from the University of Strathclyde with a BEng (Hons) in Electronic and Electrical Engineering and holds a PhD in Signal Processing and Telecommunications, with the UK Ministry of Defense.
