Ms. Natassa Xydou is the  Senior Director People Development of PPC Group, designing and implementing talent and engagement strategies, identifying and developing high-potential talent, creating impactful learning experiences, and leading transformational initiatives that empower employees and contribute to the organization’s long-term success.

With more than 22 years of experience across diverse industries, including FMCG, pharmaceuticals, retail, and energy, she has held senior leadership positions with extensive responsibilities across the full spectrum of Human Resources, including Talent Acquisition, Learning, Talent Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Change Management.

Natassa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Combining strong academic foundations & NLP certification with extensive business experience, she excels in dynamic, inclusive, and fast-paced environments where she can drive impactful people strategies and support organizational transformation.
