Κωνσταντίνος Νάζος

Mr. Konstantinos Nazos holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and holds an MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business. He is an executive with a strong technical background and extensive experience in strategic energy management and electricity markets.

He currently serves as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Group Head of Energy Management of PPC Group, having previously held the position of Chief Energy Management & Trading Officer at PPC S.A. from December 2020 to December 2023. During his tenure, he played a key role in PPC’s strategic adaptation to the liberalized electricity market environment, as well as in the development and implementation of advanced energy risk management practices, supporting the Group’s transformation and long-term sustainability. Mr. Nazos has more than 20 years of professional experience at PPC S.A., having served exclusively within the Energy Management Division in a succession of senior leadership roles.

He possesses in-depth expertise across the full spectrum of energy management, with particular specialization in energy market analysis and modeling, electricity market participation strategies, optimization and risk management of complex energy portfolios, and cross-border energy trading. He has extensive experience in leading and developing high-performing teams within complex and demanding business environments. In parallel, he is actively involved in shaping strategies related to the energy transition and the integration of renewable energy sources into the Group’s operational and commercial framework.

Prior to joining PPC S.A., Mr. Nazos worked in the manufacturing sector, holding production and maintenance management positions in large-scale industrial facilities within the aluminum rolling and home appliances industries, gaining substantial industrial, construction, and on-site operational experience.
