Antonis Cassano is Business Development & Innovation Director at Uni Systems and President and Founder of the Pleiades Innovation Ecosystem. With more than 20 years of experience in infrastructure technologies and digital innovation, he plays a key role in shaping growth strategies, leading research and innovation initiatives, and fostering new business opportunities across emerging technology domains. Throughout his career, he has combined deep technological expertise with a strong business-oriented approach, contributing to the development of innovative ecosystems and collaborative initiatives that accelerate digital transformation. In parallel, through the Pleiades Innovation Ecosystem, he actively supports the creation of partnerships that connect industry, academia, startups, and public stakeholders to drive sustainable innovation. Antonis studied in the United Kingdom and holds an M.Sc. in Business Administration & Information Technology. He is widely recognized for his contribution to technology innovation and ecosystem development in Greece and beyond.
