Ελένη Πενταφράγκα

Eleni Pentafragka, LLB, MSc, is the Chief Strategy Officer and a Board Member at ELPEN, leading innovation strategy while overseeing legal and corporate affairs and HR. She is the Executive Vice Chair of Athens LifeTech Park, Greece’s first biotechnology park and the first of its kind in SE Europe.

She serves on the Innovation Committee of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV), where she previously led the Health & Life Sciences Working Group, and is a Board Member at Medicines for Europe.

With a background in law (Athens Kapodistrian), international business (DEREE), and international health policy (LSE), she is passionate about building the Greek and European biotech ecosystem, advancing biomedical innovation, and empowering women in leadership. Energized by bringing ambitious ideas to life through focus, collaboration, and meaningful execution.
