Η εξαγορά θα γίνει με premium 19% σε σχέση με το κλείσιμο της μετοχής της Fitbit την Πέμπτη.
Σε συμφωνία για την εξαγορά της Fitbit κατέληξε η Google έναντι 2,1 δισ. δολαρίων ή 7,35 δολαρίων ανά μετοχή.
Η εξαγορά θα γίνει με premium 19% σε σχέση με το κλείσιμο της μετοχής της Fitbit την Πέμπτη.
Η μετοχή της Fitbit έχει ενισχυθεί πάνω από 40% από τότε που το Reuters μετέδωσε τη Δευτέρα ότι η Google έχει καταθέσει προσφορά για την εταιρεία κατασκευής φορετών συσκευών.
