Οι δέκα χώρες που δεν έχουν ένοπλους αστυνομικούς, έχουν πολλές διαφορές όσον αφορά στην αστυνόμευση τους. Αλλά όλες μοιράζονται μια κοινή φιλοσοφία: την αστυνόμευση της συναίνεσης.

1. Ιρλανδία

He was arrested on suspicion of the commission, preparation and instigation of acts of terrorism, under section 41 of the Terrorism Act (TACT) 2000, and detained under TACT.
