Dr. Dimitris Alexandrou is Co-Founder and Business Innovation Director of UBITECH, where he oversees Corporate Overseas Activities, Greek Public Sector Tenders and IT Projects, Private Sector Projects, and IT Consulting Services. He also leads UBITECH’s initiatives in Artificial Intelligence, driving the development and commercialization of innovative AI solutions and products.
UBITECH is a leading, highly innovative software house, systems integrator, and technology provider, delivering cutting-edge solutions and consulting services to enterprises, organizations, and governments worldwide. Among its flagship projects is mAIgov, a pioneering government initiative leveraging Artificial Intelligence to transform public services.
Dr. Alexandrou holds a Diploma and a PhD in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), specializing in Expert Systems. He has extensive experience leading technical teams and consortia in EU co-funded projects, while also driving UBITECH’s commercial strategy and international growth.
