Έλενα Στάσση

Elena Stassi is Chief People Officer at Qualco Group. She has more than 20 years of HR leadership experience across technology, telecommunications, and heavy industry, shaped by executive roles in Greece, France, and Germany.

Before Qualco Group, Elena was Chief Human Resources Officer at Aktor Group, one of Greece’s largest infrastructure organizations. She joined Aktor from OTE Group, where she spent eight years in progressively senior HR roles, culminating as Vice President, Leadership Development at Deutsche Telekom’s Central HR team in Germany. Earlier in her career, she spent thirteen years with LafargeHolcim, including three at the Group’s Paris headquarters, driving talent strategy across a global industrial footprint.

A Certified Coach, Elena is also a member of The Boardroom, a global institution dedicated to advancing the next generation of board directors.  Her work extends across leadership development, workplace cultute, organizational transformation, and the future of work.
