Golfo Agapitou is an organizational psychologist with extensive experience both in consulting and corporate settings. Her work focuses on people capability development in terms of culture and leadership and on the design and development of people management strategy and systems to support organizational growth.

In Eurobank she runs the People Talents Center of Excellence focusing on talent acquisition and management, employer branding, culture shift, leadership development and succession planning, performance management, career planning and learning with emphasis in inclusive upskilling.

She is an enthusiast of strategic change management and specifically she focuses on how people systems support and lead organization transformation. This may include culture shift, AI adoption, new ways of working, Diversity and Inclusion. Her mission is to prepare the organization and its people to adopt and lead the change in a corporate environment that performs and transforms at the same time.
