Ioanna Kotsogianni is a seasoned executive in the B2B software market, currently serving as Group General Manager of the MidMarket Business Unit at ENTERSOFT-SOFTONE. Through this role, she leads strategy, innovation, and operations for a key market segment within the organization, being also in charge of the ENTERSOFT-SOFTONE Partners Network, F&B Company, and Cyprus Company.

She previously served as Group General Manager for Enterprise software at SOFTONE  for one year leading ERP, HR & Payroll and Retail BU, as well as General Manager at SOFTONE Prosvasis SA for five transformative years, where she achieved remarkable results. With her strategic guidance, SOFTONE Prosvasis SA achieved significant growth in its core market, increasing by over twofold its client base of accounting firms within five years. At the same time, she led the successful launch of SOFTONE Prosvasis GO, a cloud platform designed for freelancers and small businesses, which rapidly entered the market, currently supporting a customer base of 45,000+. Her strategic vision not only accelerated the company’s digital transformation, but also earned international acclaim, including a top award at the WITSA Global ICT Excellence Awards 2023.

She has also held key leadership roles for 15 years at LogicDIS and SingularLogic, including Head of Operations and Customer Service.

Ioanna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s in Graphic Arts/Multimedia, and is certified in Project Management and Scrum methodologies.
