Η Ιουλία Τσέτη είναι Πρόεδρος και Διευθύνουσα Σύμβουλος του Ομίλου Φαρμακευτικών Επιχειρήσεων Τσέτη (ΟΦΕΤ), ο οποίος περιλαμβάνει τις φαρμακοβιομηχανίες UNI-PHARMA και InterMed, τη μονάδα εκχύλισης φαρμακευτικών φυτών UNIHERBO, καθώς και την εμπορική εταιρεία Pharmabelle στην Κύπρο.

Είναι φαρμακοποιός, κάτοχος MSc στις Βιοεπιστήμες και Επίτιμη Διδάκτωρ της Φαρμακευτικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών.

Η Ιουλία Τσέτη γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα. Αποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Φαρμακευτικής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και ολοκλήρωσε τις μεταπτυχιακές της σπουδές στη Βιοφαρμακευτική στο Πανεπιστήμιο του Manchester.

Από το 2010 είναι Πρόεδρος και Διευθύνουσα Σύμβουλος του ΟΦΕΤ. Σήμερα, ο Όμιλος απασχολεί περισσότερους από 700 εργαζομένους, διαθέτει υπερσύγχρονες εγκαταστάσεις στην Κηφισιά και εξάγει σε 75 χώρες. Η UNI-PHARMA κατέχει την 1η θέση σε πωλήσεις (τεμάχια) στην ελληνική φαρμακευτική αγορά μεταξύ των αμιγώς ελληνικών εταιρειών.

Η Ιουλία Τσέτη ίδρυσε την Αστική Μη Κερδοσκοπική Εταιρεία «ΚΛΕΩΝ ΤΣΕΤΗΣ», ένα Ίδρυμα με στόχο την ουσιαστική στήριξη της νέας γενιάς επιστημόνων. Μέχρι σήμερα, το Ίδρυμα έχει απονείμει 47 υποτροφίες σε επιστήμονες υγείας και έχει υποστηρίξει 31 ερευνητικά προγράμματα.

Στο ενεργητικό της – ως επιστήμονας και CEO του ΟΦΕΤ – περιλαμβάνονται περισσότερα από 120 διπλώματα ευρεσιτεχνίας και 48 δημοσιευμένες επιστημονικές εργασίες.

Τον Οκτώβριο του 2024, στο πλαίσιο της διεθνούς έκθεσης CPHI στο Μιλάνο, έλαβε τη διάκριση «Woman of the Year» στην παγκόσμια φαρμακοβιομηχανία, για την αφοσίωσή της στην καινοτομία και τη βιώσιμη ανάπτυξη.

Διετέλεσε Γενική Γραμματέας του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου του Συνδέσμου Επιχειρήσεων και Βιομηχανιών (ΣΕΒ) την περίοδο 2022–2024, καθώς και επικεφαλής της Επιτροπής Ισότητας, Διαφορετικότητας και Συμπερίληψης του Συνδέσμου.

Τον Φεβρουάριο του 2021 εξελέγη Πρόεδρος του Α’ Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου του UN Global Compact Network Greece, του Ελληνικού Δικτύου του Οικουμενικού Συμφώνου των Ηνωμένων Εθνών (2021–2024).

Για δύο συνεχόμενες χρονιές συγκαταλέχθηκε μεταξύ των προσωπικοτήτων της Ελλάδας που συνέβαλαν ως Inspirational Mentors στον θεσμό του μη κερδοσκοπικού εκπαιδευτικού οργανισμού Junior Achievement Greece, με στόχο τη δημιουργία μαθητικών start-up επιχειρήσεων.

Είναι εμπνεύστρια και δημιουργός του 1ου Αραβο-Ελληνικού Συνεδρίου Υγείας, που πραγματοποιήθηκε τον Μάιο του 2024 στην Αθήνα.

Τον Ιούλιο του 2025, η Ιουλία Τσέτη τιμήθηκε με το Αριστείο Γυναικείας Επιχειρηματικότητας στο πλαίσιο του θεσμού «Πρωταγωνιστές της Ελληνικής Οικονομίας».

JULIA K. TSETIS – SHORT BIOGRAPHY

Julia Tsetis is the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Tsetis Pharmaceutical Group of Companies (OFET), which includes the pharmaceutical industries UNI-PHARMA and InterMed, the medicinal plant extraction unit UNIHERBO, as well as the trading company Pharmabelle in Cyprus.

She is a pharmacist, holds an MSc in Biosciences, and is an Honorary Doctor of the Faculty of Pharmacy of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) and the University of Patras.

Born in Athens, she graduated from the Department of Pharmacy of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed her postgraduate studies in Biopharmaceutics at the University of Manchester (UK).

Since 2010, she has been serving as President and CEO of OFET. Today, the Group employs more than 700 people, operates state-of-the-art facilities in Kifisia, and exports to 75 countries. UNI-PHARMA holds the 1st position in sales (units) in the Greek pharmaceutical market among exclusively Greek-owned companies.

Julia Tsetis founded the non-profit civil company “KLEON TSETIS”, an institution dedicated to the substantial support of the new generation of scientists. To date, the Foundation has awarded 47 scholarships to health scientists and supported 31 research programs.

Her track record – as a scientist and as CEO of OFET – includes more than 120 patents and 48 published scientific papers.

In October 2024, within the framework of the international exhibition CPHI in Milan, she received the distinction “Woman of the Year” in the global pharmaceutical industry, in recognition of her dedication to innovation and sustainable development.

She has served as Secretary General of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV) from 2022 to 2024, while also heading SEV’s Committee on Equality, Diversity & Inclusion.

In February 2021, she was elected President of the first Board of Directors of the UN Global Compact Network Greece, the Greek Network of the United Nations Global Compact (2021–2024).

For two consecutive years, she was among the Greek personalities who contributed as Inspirational Mentors in the program of the non-profit educational entrepreneurship organization Junior Achievement Greece, aiming to promote student start-up enterprises.

She was the initiator and founder of the 1st Arab-Hellenic Health Conference, held in May 2024 in Athens.

In July 2025, Julia Tsetis was honored with the Women’s Entrepreneurship Award within the framework of the “Protagonists of the Greek Economy” institution.
