Κωνσταντίνα Σχίζα

Konstantina Schiza is Senior Group Legal Director at Kaizen Gaming, with over 20 years of experience in legal affairs across the technology and telecommunications sectors, developed through roles in leading law firms and in-house legal departments. Prior to Kaizen Gaming, she served as Head of Legal at VICTUS Networks and Legal Manager at WIND Hellas. She specializes in antitrust, data privacy, corporate governance, and technology law, with a focus on digital technologies including AI, 5G, IoT, and cloud computing. She holds an LL.M. from Université Paris Dauphine and is CIPP/E & CIPM certified by the IAPP. She serves as the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Country Representative for Greece and is consistently recognised in the Legal 500 GC Powerlist Greece & Cyprus.
