Konstantina Tzoka is the Chief Digital & Marketing Officer (CDMO) of L’Oréal Hellas and member of the management committee with extensive experience leading digital transformation and marketing strategies within the beauty industry. Before joining L’Oréal in 2014, she had already established a successful career in advertising and media, holding roles in marketing, sales, and digital, contributing to the growth and visibility of major commercial brands.
At L’Oréal, she began as Digital Manager in the Consumer Products Division, where she designed and implemented innovative digital strategies for the company’s brands. In 2016, she became Digital & Communications Manager, further enhancing the brands’ presence across digital platforms and leveraging the potential of advocacy. By 2019, she expanded her scope as E-Commerce Manager, building strategic partnerships with leading e-retailers and shaping the company’s online sales strategy by unlocking new business models.
Since 2020, as CDMO of L’Oréal, she spearheads the company’s digital and marketing initiatives, drives innovation initiatives and builds teams with digital capabilities to be future fit for future growth while shaping the future of beauty in the digital age by closely monitoring consumer needs.
