Κωνσταντίνος Τζουτζουράκης

Konstantinos Tzoutzourakis is the Chief Executive Officer of Notia MedCare, bringing more than 15 years of leadership experience in Greece’s private healthcare sector. Throughout his career, he has held senior executive positions including CEO, General Manager, COO, Chief Strategy Officer, and Chief Restructuring Officer across leading hospitals and healthcare organizations, where he has driven operational excellence and strategic transformation.

Prior to joining Notia MedCare, he served as COO of Nea Diagnosis, General Manager of Senecura, Chief Strategy Officer of Mediterraneo Hospital, General Manager of Henry Dunant Hospital, and President of Doctor Care. Earlier in his career, he led Investor Relations at Hygeia Group, where he oversaw corporate transactions totalling approximately €380 million, including the merger of Hygeia with Mitera S.A.

During his tenure at Henry Dunant Hospital, he successfully guided the institution through a complex restructuring process, facilitating its transition to new ownership under the Bank of Piraeus.
