Charlotte Foucteau

Charlotte Foucteau is the CEO of TP Greece and a member of its Board of Directors. She brings over 17 years of leadership experience within the company, combining strategic vision with deep operational expertise.

Charlotte assumed the role of CEO in November 2022, leading TP Greece through a bold transformation from a multilingual hub to a Digital Partner for High-Value Services. Under her leadership, the company has accelerated its AI-driven innovation, integrating human-in-the-loop data solutions, automation, and analytics to enhance customer experience and operational excellence across industries.

Having joined the company in 2007, she steadily advanced through a series of leadership roles. She began her career as a Contact Center Manager, earning recognition for her results-driven leadership and strong client partnerships, before becoming Line of Business Director (2018–2020) and later Vice President of Operations (2020–2022).

Charlotte is a strong advocate of responsible AI adoption, combining technology and emotional intelligence to unlock both business impact and human potential. Her leadership continues to position TP Greece as one of the most dynamic and innovative hubs in the EMEA region.

Charlotte holds a Law degree from the Pantheon-Assas University in Paris.
