Vivian is currently Commercial & Corporate Legal Executive at Cerved Property Services (CPS), part of Cerved Group and one of the largest real estate companies in Greece and South East Europe.

She has 20 years of international experience in banking and in the commercial sector, as a corporate finance and legal expert. She has also been involved, as a senior advisor to Cerved Group, for two business-planned sales of more than 14billion euros in total, of nonperforming credit (Hercules Asset Protection Scheme – Securitization transactions) of two Greece’s systemic lenders.

Vivian held senior management positions within BNP Paribas in Greece and in France for more than 11 years. As a Head of Corporate Restructuring and Dispute Resolution for BNP Paribas (Greece), she dealt with major debt-restructurings, refinancing and rehabilitation projects, turning around corporate portfolios and securing financing solutions, while she was dealing with recovery in distressed wholesale assets through out-of-court (negotiation, mediation) and credit management, debt  resolutions and recovery methods.

For more than 3 years and through her last role as an International Legal Affairs Manager for BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions France, Vivian deployed pan-European framework commercial agreements and corporate cross-border transactions progressing Group’s business partnerships with key accounts around the world.

As an accredited Mediator from CEDR UK since 2013, also qualified at the Greek Ministry of Justice, she has served as a negotiator and facilitator to several commercial disputes between parties, focusing on the sustainability of the solution and the preservation of business relationships.

Vivian is proudly promoting and advocating for gender equality. She strongly believes that companies need to take bold steps to make-work more sustainable and inclusive. To support the distinct challenges and bias that women are facing in the workplace, she has successfully completed the INSEAD “Gender Diversity Executive Programme” and learnt how diversity, inclusion, gender equality can be applied in a strategic planning process in business.

Vivian is also a Regional Co-leader for “Lean In Hellas”, the Greek operation of the international women empowerment organization “Lean In”. Her personal mission is to enhance women to advance and thrive in their career development and ambitions, and she leads the “Athens Women in Strategy” Circle. She also supports organizations and companies through workshops, webinars and programs, by providing gender diversity strategies to equal fairness of opportunities in the workplaces.

Last year, she represented Lean In Hellas as a panelist speaker at the Delphi Economic Forum V about “Building an Inclusive Future”.
