Χαρά Παλαιολόγου

Chara is a Manager in Accenture Strategy & Consulting, responsible for the Talent and Organization practice in Greece.

She has over 15 years of experience in consulting and currently focuses on Change Management, Talent strategy & development, Leadership & Culture shift, operating model design, process optimization and transformation projects for clients across industries.

Chara has always been passionate about disruptive technologies and how they accelerate human potential. In the beginning of her career, she worked in the System Integration capability of a Big 4 and then as a Leadership Assessment & Development and ES&S Consultant within an HR services firm.

She holds an MSc in Analysis, Design and Management of Information Systems from London School of Economics and Political Science and a BSc in Digital Systems & Technology Education from University of Piraeus.
