It pointed in particular to talks on the bloc's 2014-20 spending plans, noting that a 'relatively small number of EU members was able to determine at least a temporary limit to the EU's budget.' Η Επιτροπή διαπίστωσε επίσης ότι η Bank of America Corp., η Natixis, η National Westminster Bank και η Portigon Financial Services παραβίασαν επίσης τους αντιμονοπωλιακούς κανόνες της ΕΕ, αλλά δεν τους επέβαλαν οικονομικές κυρώσεις.
